Product Introduction
Product Details
The working principle of the charging treasure can be clearly divided into the following main steps:
Input power:
The input of the power bank receives power from an external power supply, usually connected to an AC power supply or other power supply device through a power adapter or USB interface.
Charging circuit and protection mechanism:
The input power supply charges the battery through the charging circuit, and the charging circuit will take protective measures such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating to ensure the safety of charging.
battery storage of electrical energy:
The charging circuit converts the input power into direct current suitable for battery charging, and then stores the electrical energy in the battery of the power bank.
Output circuit with DC/DC conversion:
When the user needs to charge a mobile phone or other device, the output circuit of the power bank will convert the stored electrical energy into a voltage and current suitable for charging the device.
The output circuit usually contains a DC/DC conversion circuit for converting the electrical energy from the direct current stored in the battery to the direct current required by the device. The DC/DC conversion circuit will control the voltage output to stabilize in a suitable range according to the charging requirements of the device and match the current requirements of the device.
Charging protection:
Charging treasure usually also has overcharge protection, over discharge protection, short circuit protection and other protection mechanisms to ensure the safety of the charging process. When the battery power is too high, too low or short-circuited, the power bank will automatically disconnect the charging circuit to avoid damage to the device or battery.
mobile power composition:
The charging treasure is mainly composed of battery core part, circuit part (including boost system and charging management system) and shell part. The battery cell is the core part of the power bank and is responsible for storing electrical energy; the circuit part is responsible for adjusting the input and output current and providing charging management; the shell part protects the internal components.
Cell type:
Commonly used cell types include ordinary lithium cells and lithium polymer cells. Lithium polymer batteries have the advantages of large capacity, high quality and low price, and wide application, while 18650 lithium battery is a commonly used ordinary lithium battery with the characteristics of small size and large capacity.
Through the above working principle, the power bank can convert the stored electric energy into the electric energy required by the device, and realize the charging function of the device. At the same time, the various protection mechanisms of the power bank also ensure the safety and stability of the charging process.
